Antipasto French Bread Pizza
This antipasto french bread pizza can be made in 15 minutes start to finish. An easy, tasty weekday meal or snack for the big game.

large loaf of French bread cut into 4 pieces

pieces
provolone cheese

pieces
of capricola

jar of artichoke salad

½
red onion thinly sliced

cup
Asiago cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Slice your bread in half and then split each piece in half.

Layer your provolone cheese, then capricola, then artichoke salad, then red onion and sprinkle Asiago cheese on top.

Bake for 10 minutes. If cheese is not brown enough for your taste, place under the broil for a minute or two but watch it doesn't burn.
