Ingredients
Creamy French Dressing
⅓cuponion (about ¼ onion)
½cuptomato paste
¾cupmayonnaise
6tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
¼cupgranular sweetener or white sugar
¾cupolive oil
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoondried mustard
¼teaspoonpepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
Pittsburgh Cobb Salad
Romaine lettuce chopped
1hard boiled egg sliced
1cupcucumber chopped
¼red onion sliced
¼cupcheddar cheese shredded
4ozcooked steakcubed
1medium potato made into fries
Instructions
For the dressing
In a food processor add your onion and process until finely chopped.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
For the salad
Arrange romaine lettuce in a large bowl.
Top with cheese, onions, potatoes, steak, cucumbers and eggs, each in their own row.
