Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, whisk your eggs, cream, salt and pepper.

In a cast iron skillet or oven proof skillet add your egg mixture and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until the sides firm up.

Transfer to the oven and cook for 20 minutes.

Take out of the oven and top with pizza sauce, cheeses and pepperoni.

Place under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and brown.
