Ingredients
llb lean ground beef
1teaspooncinnamon
1teaspoonsalt
3oztomato pastehalf of a regular 6oz can
1onion
1cupparsley
4naan breadmore or less depending on size
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a food processor add your parsley and onion and pulse until it's a fine mince.
If using a course grind ground beef, add it to the food processor for a few pulses to mix with the parsley and onions.
Add that meat to a bowl along with the spices and tomato paste (and minced onion and parsley if you had not already added it to the meat).
Mix well with hands.
Take some of the meat mixture and spread over naan bread using your hands to smooth and even it out.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Also spray the outer crust with cooking spray and place the meat pies on the cookie sheet.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until meat is brown and cooked.
