Summertime Low Carb Tea Pops

These low carb tea pops are a healthy, tasty treat for a hot summer day. Easy to make and lots of delicious combinations for only 1.7g carbs per pop.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Salted Caramel tea bags
  • 3 Vanilla Chai tea bags
  • 1 Tablespoon gelatin
  • sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Simmer teabags in almond milk for 5 minutes.
  2. Take out tea bags and add sweetener of choice.
  3. Add gelatin to tea mixture and whisk until the gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Add to a blender along with the cream and blend on high.
  5. Taste to make sure it is sweet enough.
  6. Pour into molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  7. Each pop has 1.7g carbs.
