Summertime Low Carb Tea Pops
These low carb tea pops are a healthy, tasty treat for a hot summer day. Easy to make and lots of delicious combinations for only 1.7g carbs per pop.

almond milk

heavy cream

Salted Caramel tea bags

Vanilla Chai tea bags

Tablespoon
gelatin

sweetener of choice

Simmer teabags in almond milk for 5 minutes.

Take out tea bags and add sweetener of choice.

Add gelatin to tea mixture and whisk until the gelatin is dissolved.

Add to a blender along with the cream and blend on high.

Taste to make sure it is sweet enough.

Pour into molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.

Each pop has 1.7g carbs.
