Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bread (gluten free)
This cinnamon apple breakfast bread is moist, sweet and full flavor. No one would know it was gluten free.

Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

In a large bowl, mix the coconut flour, almond flour, Swerve, coconut sugar, cinnamon and baking soda.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the apple sauce.

Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.

Pour into a greased bread pan.

Bake for 50 - 55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the center. Start checking at 45 minutes as oven temperatures vary.

Let cool for 15 minutes before eating.
