Ingredients

  • 12 cups baby spinach leaves, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese to the slow cooker, then 10 cups of spinach and lastly the cheddar cheese.

  2. Place lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 1 hour.
  3. Take off the lid and mix in the rest of the spinach until it's wilted and everything is well combined.

  4. Serve or freeze.
