This low carb cauliflower cheese bread is a fun way to eat a low carb sandwich. Easy to make and versatile too. Only 2.7g net carbs per piece.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Place a silicone mat or a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet or baking pan.
  4. Spread out mixture evenly on the paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Times may vary depending how thin you spread the mixture so check to make sure it doesn't burn.
  6. Let cool and cut into 4 pieces of bread.

    Please refrigerate if not using right away.
