Rosemary Parmesan Baked Cauliflower Bites (low carb)

These rosemary Parmesan baked cauliflower bites make a great low carb side dish or snack. They are full of flavor, easy to make and have only 3.2g net carbs per serving.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets in olive oil and then sprinkle the rosemary and Parmesan cheese over them. Mix well to coat.

  3. Spread evenly on a sprayed baking sheet and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until they are soft, brown and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately.
