This slow cooker smokey barbecue pork will make you feel like you are at a summer barbecue in winter! Spicy, crusty chunks of barbecue pork also taste delicious on a sandwich or salad the next day.

4.5lbpork shoulder roast
1tablespoonliquid smoke
1tablespoonSwerve sweetener
2teaspoonschili powder
1tablespoongarlic powder
1tablespoononion powder
½teaspooncayenne powder
½teaspoonpepper
2teaspoonssalt
1teaspooncumin
Instructions
Make a paste from the liquid smoke and spices and rub all over the pork roast. If you want a more smokey taste, add another tablespoon of liquid smoke.
Set in the slow cooker for 7 hours on low without any liquid.
After 7 hours, take the roast out and lay on a foil covered cookie sheet and bake in a 425 degree F oven for 25- 30 minutes.
