Keto Asian Salmon Recipe (4 Ingredients)

Need a quick and easy dinner? This low carb Asian salmon is awesome and only takes 4 ingredients and 15 minutes to make. I like it because it's low carb (4.3g net carbs) and my family loves the spicy sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs salmon filets
  • 1 tablespoon Swerve brown sugar sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix Swerve sweetener, chili sauce and soy sauce together in a small bowl. (Note double this if you want a dipping sauce).

  2. Liberally brush on salmon filets.

  3. Heat non stick skillet to medium high.
  4. Spray with cooking oil and then place salmon fillets skin side up in the pan.
  5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until the fish is cooked about ⅓ of the way from the bottom.
  6. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until done. (Depends on the thickness of filets).
  7. Let rest for before serving along with the extra sauce if you make it.
