Low Carb Sweet & Spicy Asian Green Beans

This is a new go to dish that my husband and I love. Low carb sweet & spicy Asian green beans stir fry only takes 10 minutes to make and only requires 4 ingredients! Add some chicken and rice for a complete meal or eat it as a side dish. I also like it for a quick low carb lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans ( or 4 cups whole fresh green beans)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve Brown Sugar Sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook green beans in the microwave for 4 minutes.

  2. In the meantime add the rest of the ingrediemts in a saute pan. Whisk them together and let them heat up to dissolve the brown sugar.

  3. Add the cooked green beans, mix and then cover with a lid.

  4. Cook for 3 minutes more or until it reaches your desired tenderness. Serve immediately.
