If you are making a prime rib roast during the holiday season I have a special tip to make it super easy. I also have a delicious and colorful beet & horseradish sauce recipe that goes great with roast beef.
Using a food processor with the grating blade, add the chunks of horseradish to grate.
Switch to the standard S blade and add in all of the ingredinets including the horseradish and pulse until everythign is chopped and well combined.
Refrigerate over night before using for maximum flavor. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
