If you are like me and love chocolate peanut butter anything, try these low carb peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips. With only a few ingredients you have a keto snack cookie that is gluten free and flourless too! Each cookie has only 1.2g net carbs and 57 cals.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Using a hand mixer, whip the cream cheese and Swerve sweetener.
Add the peanut butter powder, peanut butter, egg and baking powder and mix to form a dough.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Using a spoon drop the cookies on the cookie tray. This batch made 15 for me.
Spray a piece of wax paper and use that to flattened the cookies out.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes until they are firm to the touch but not too firm.
Let them cool completely before eating.
