Meat Lovers Low Carb Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 oz breakfast sausage, cooked
  • 7 pieces pepperoni chopped
  • 2 oz ham, diced
  • 2 pieces bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup low carb marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Start by melting the cream cheese and mozzarella in the microwave. This just takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute. When it's almost melted start mixing and it should melt all the way.

  3. In another bowl mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and Italian seasonings. Then add the eggs. Mix the melted cheese mixture well and then add the egg mixture. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. 

  4. Spread the dough on a parchment paper or silicone mat covered cookie sheet. Cook it for 10 minutes then take it out of the oven.  

  5. Spread the sauce, meat toppings and cheese on top and then bake it for 5-10 minutes more. That's all folks!
