If you enjoy everything bagels, you will love this recipe for keto everything pretzel bagels. They are easy, chewy and delicious. Best of all they are gluten free and each one has only 2.6g net carbs!
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray the donut pan with cooking spray and set aside
In a microwavable bowl, add the cream cheese and mozzarella. Cook for 30 second intervals mixing in between until everything melted and blended together. This should take 1 minute or more.
In the meantime mix the almond flour, eggs and baking powder and set aside.
Mix the two bowls together until well blended. This might take some finesse to get the two to blend. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Spoon the dough onto a silcone mat or piece of parchment paper. Carefully cut into 6 pieces with a pizza cutter.
Form each piece in the pan and try to get them as smooth as you can.
Mix baking soda and water together. Brush ontop of each bagel and then sprinkle the seasoning on top. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until desired browness. Let cool completely before taking out of pan.
