Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning

Parmesan Dressing

  • ¼ cup mayonaises
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. To make the dressing, whisk all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.

  2. Add the oil to a large saute pan and add the ground meat. Sprinkle steak seasoning on top and start to brown.

  3. When the meat just starts to lose it's pinkness, add in the onions, peppers and mushrooms. Saute until the meat is well browned and the vegetables are soft.

  4. Add meat mixture to a bed of salad greens and top with Parmesan dressing. 

  5. Note: the nutritional information does not include salad. This meat mixture is enough for 2 servings and the dressing makes approximately 10 tablespoons.
