Ingredients

Garlic Herb Sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic

BBQ Salmon

  • 3 lbs Salmon
  • 1 teaspoon smokey paprika
  • 1 tablespoons golden monk fruit
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Garlic Herb Sauce

  1. Add the garlic and herbs to a food processor and pulse until minced. Add in the sour cream and mix to combine well.

BBQ Salmon

  1. Add all the seasonings in a small bowl and mix well.

  2. Spray both sides of the salmon with cooking spray and then rub the spiced on the top of the fish.

  3. Cut into filets if using a grill pan. 

  4. Then place the filets skin side down for about 8-10 minutes. Then flip and cook for about 5 minutes. 

  5. Spray the pan with cooking spray and heat to medium high. 

  6. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

  7. * NOTE* If you don't have golden monk fruit you can use any sweetener of your choice. If you have a brown sugar flavored sweetener use that.
