Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • cup red cabbage, chopped
  • cup green onions
  • 1 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
  • cup carrots, chopped
  • cup cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
  • cup bell peppers, chopped
  • cup red onions
  • 1 packet StarKist Selects E.V.O.O. Yellowfin Tuna

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon raw ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients and set aside.

  2. Place the romaine lettuce on the bottom of the bowl and then place the toppings on top. Lastly spoon out the tuna on top.

  3. Pour dressing over the salad and enjoy!
