If you love everything bagels you will love low carb everything crackers. These gluten free crackers are very easy to make and are a tasty low carb snack on their own or with toppings.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix the sesame seeds, salt, poppy seeds, garlic and onion.
In another bowl mix the almond flour and the egg white to form a dough.
Place a Silpat or a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spray some cooking spray on a piece of wax paper. Place the dough between the Silpat and the wax paper and roll very thin.
Lightly score the crackers with a pizza cutter or knife but do not cut through the dough. Sprinkle spices over all the dough and lightly press down into the dough.
Bake for 12 minutes. Take out and break off the cooked brown crackers around the edges. Place back in the oven for a few more minutes then break off the browned crackers. Do this a few times until all the crackers are done. You do this so you don't burn any crackers.
Store in an airtight container.
