Low Carb Vanilla Gelatin Squares

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond or coconut milk
  • .25 cups heavy whipping cream
  • .25 cups water
  • 1 Tablespoon Great Lakes Gelatin
  • .5 scoop Syntrax vanilla protein powder
  • .5 cup Swerve or Splenda

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup almond or coconut milk in baking dish. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let bloom (5 minutes).
  2. n a saucepan, heat the rest of the milk, cream, water, Swerve, vanilla and salt. Simmer but do not boil.
  3. Add heated mixture to gelatin mix and whisk til gelatin is dissolved. Add protein powder and whisk till well combined.
  4. Refridgerate till solidified. Approximately 1 hour.
