Ingredients
4cupsromaine lettuce, chopped
¼cupcucumber slices
6strawberries, diced and sliced
4ozfresh mozzarella cheese, choppedcubed
¼cupbasil leaves, chopped
Balsamic Vinaigrette
¼cupbalsamic vinegar
½cupolive oil
½teaspoonDijon mustard
1clovegarlic, crushed
⅛teaspoonsalt
⅛teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Chop the lettuce toss with the cucumber, strawberries and basil.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Whisk together the vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Spoon dressing over salad or individual plates.
Add grilled chicken if you want to make it more of a meal.
