Ingredients
½avocado
½teaspoonmatcha green tea
½cupmango
1cupbaby greens,
1cupalmond milk
stevia to taste
Instructions
Add everything but the avocado to a high speed blender and blend for a minute or two until you see that all the greens are well blended.
Then add your avocado and blend until nice and creamy.
If this is too creamy, add some more almond milk or water a little at a time.
You can add flax to this too if you want a little more fiber.
I like my smoothies cold so using my avocados frozen does that for me but if you are using fresh avocados you might want to add a few ice cubes to make it cold.
