Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole fat plain yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • stevia
  • s'more syrup
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 whole graham crackers.

Instructions

  1. First you add a layer of mini chocolate chips. I like minis because they are easier to eat when frozen.

  2. Then make your yogurt mixture which for me was adding some of the S'more Torani syrup and stevia to plain yogurt. You can use vanilla flavored yogurt instead.

  3.  You want to spread the yogurt over the chips. This takes a little finessing but it's not that hard.

  4. Next sprinkle some mini marshmallows and lastly sprinkle some graham cracker dust

  5. Try to press down the marshmallows and graham crackers so they stick to the yogurt. Pop it into the freezer for a few hours to harden

  6. When it's rock hard and frozen, break into pieces and store in a ziplock bag in your freezer.
