Ingredients

  • 5 links Italian Sausage
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3 sweet bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 2 small zucchini made into noodles

Instructions

  1. Take the casings off of the Italian sausage links and chop into small pieces.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the crockpot and mix well.
  3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 on low.
  4. Stir once the vegetables cook down so the seasonings are mixed throughout.
  5. Top with grated cheese if using.
  6. Note: This freezes well and can be easily reheated in the microwave.
