My mom's Texas sheet cake is so chocolate and moist, and best of all it's so easy to make. Even I can bake it.

Ingredients
2sticks of butter
1cupwater
4tablespoonscocoa
2cupssugar
2cupsflour
1teaspoonbaking soda
½teaspoonsalt
2eggs
¾cupsour cream
1stick of butter
6tablespoonsmilk
4tablespoonscocoa
12ozpowdered sugar ¾ of a standard box of powdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a sauce pan, bring to boil 2 sticks of butter, 1 cup of water and 4 Tablespoons of cocoa.
Stir well and then take off the stove to cool.
In a large bowl add your flour, sugar, salt and baking soda and mix well.
When cooled pour chocolate mixture into the flour mixture along with 2 beaten eggs and the sour cream. Mix to combine.
Pour into a large greased and floured sheet pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until done.
Ice while warm.
To make the icing, bring to boil 1 stick of butter, 6 Tablespoons of milk, 4 Tablespoons of cocoa and mix well. set aside to cool a bit and then add the powdered sugar and vanilla.
Mix well and spread over warm cake.
Let sit and completely cool before slicing into pieces.
