Ingredients

  • 4 lbs St Louis Ribs
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Swerve sweetener

Instructions

  1. Add all the spices to a medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Rub the spices all over the ribs. You may have extra rub.
  3. Place into a slow cooker and cook on low all day or 8 hours.
  4. Take out earlier if you like chewier ribs.
