Apricot Orange Grilled Seafood Kebabs
These apricot orange grilled seafood kebabs are perfect for a healthy and light dinner on the grill.

Ingredients

fresh tuna
cut into chunks

oz
fresh salmon
cut into chunks

raw shrimp, peeled
¼
cup
soy sauce

tablespoon
orange juice
¼
cup
apricot jam
2
tablespoons
oil
2
cloves
garlic
crushed
Instructions
Add the apricot jam to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to liquify.
To that add the soy, orange juice, garlic and oil. Whisk to combine and make the marinade.
Add all of the seafood to a large ziplock bag and pour marinade over.
Seal bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Take the seafood out of the bag and add to
skewers
.
Grill for 5-8 minutes or until done.
