Low Carb Cauliflower Cheese Bread
This low carb cauliflower cheese bread is a fun way to eat a low carb sandwich. Easy to make and versatile too. Only 2.7g net carbs per piece.

Ingredients

cups
riced cauliflower
2
eggs
1
cup
mozzarella cheese
shredded
1
teaspoon
crushed garlic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Place a silicone mat or a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet or baking pan.
Spread out mixture evenly on the paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Times may vary depending how thin you spread the mixture so check to make sure it doesn't burn.
Let cool and cut into 4 pieces of bread.
Please refrigerate if not using right away.
