Ingredients

  • 2 los chicken boneless, skinless breasts and thighs
  • 2 teaspoonsBetter than Bouillon
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add the chicken to a large baking pan.
  3. In a sauce pan, add the cream, cream cheese, Better than Bouillon, water and spices.
  4. Simmer for a few minutes and whisk until everything is well combined.
  5. Pour over chicken and then top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Place in the oven and cook for 45 - 55 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
