This low carb baked cream of chicken recipe is one that my mom made a lot when I was young. It's a low carb version of her recipe and simply rich and delicious!

Ingredients
2los chickenboneless, skinless breasts and thighs
2teaspoonsBetter than Bouillon
½cupwater
1cupof heavy cream
2ozcream cheese
½teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoondried onion flakes
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
1teaspoondried parsley
½cupParmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the chicken to a large baking pan.
In a sauce pan, add the cream, cream cheese, Better than Bouillon, water and spices.
Simmer for a few minutes and whisk until everything is well combined.
Pour over chicken and then top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Place in the oven and cook for 45 - 55 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
