This decadent bacon cheeseburger with balsamic onions & garlic aioli is the perfect combination. Sweet onions, salty bacon, creamy Swiss and garlicky aioli make the perfect combination. Skip the bun to make it low carb!

Ingredients
2tablespoonsof butter
2large onionssliced
⅛cupbalsamic vinegar2 tablespoons
1 ½lbground beef
¼cupmayo
1clovegarliccrushed
6slicesof Swiss cheese
12piecesof bacon
1 ½cupbaby spinach leaves
Instructions
Mix garlic and mayo and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
Add butter and onions to a large saute pan on medium heat.
Cook onions until brown and caramelized - about 30-40 minutes.
Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for another minute or two.
In the mean time cook your bacon and grill the burgers.
Two minutes before burgers are done, add a slice of Swiss cheese and let melt.
When onions are done, build your burger with spinach on the bottom, burger, bacon, onions and then a dollop of garlic aioli.
