These loaded keto cauliflower bites have all the flavor of loaded potato skins or fries but with tender cauliflower florets.

All you need are 4 ingredients: • cauliflower florets • shredded cheddar cheese • crumbled bacon • chopped green onions

Precook cauliflower in the microwave for 5 -10 minutes. Add to a cookie sheet and smash with a potato masher.

TIP: I like to shred my own cheddar cheese with a microplane because there are less carbs, better taste and it melts better. No preservatives or ani-caking agents.

Top florets with shredded cheddar cheese and place in the oven. Bake for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
