keto shredded beef chili - instant pot or slow cooker

Eat this keto chili in a bowl, over cauliflower rice or in burritos or quesadillas.

All you need is  – olive oil – chuck roast – bell peppers – onion – ancho Chile powder – crushed tomatoes – tomato paste  and spices for a Mexican spice rub

Mix the following spices & rub over chuck roast. – cumin – chili powder – cinnamon – salt – paprika – garlic powder – onion powder

Cut roast into big chunks and brown in Instant Pot. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook on manual for 50 minutes. Then shred the meat.

To make this in the slow cooker, brown the meat in the skillet and then add everything to the slow cooker and cook on low all day. Then shred and eat!
