• vanilla protein powder • cocoa powder • coconut oil • almond butter • shredded coconut
Mix together coconut oil, almond butter, cocoa powder, protein powder and coconut.
The mixture might seem dry at first but will come together after a minute or so.
Scoop some of the mixture in your hand, squeeze and then roll into balls.
Roll in cocoa powder or finely shredded coconut.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer for an easy keto snack or even dessert.
