keto cauliflower & cheeseburger casserole

This keto casserole is pure comfort food. Make a big pan and freeze for a quick low carb lunch.

Start by microwaving the cauliflower while you brown the ground beef with a little steak seasoning.

Add to the ground beef the cooked cauliflower, cream cheese and some of the cheddar cheese and place in a baking dish.

Whisk eggs, cream and butter and pour over casserole. Top with the remaining cheese and bake.
