All you need is: • low carb protein powder • unsweetened almond milk • canned pumpkin • vanilla stevia drops • chia seeds • pumpkin pie spice

TIP:  Freeze 2 tablespoon mounds of canned pumpkin puree ahead of time and store in a baggie in the freezer.

The frozen pumpkin makes your smoothie cold and adds thickness. The chia seeds also make it thicker.

Throw everything into a high speed blender and blend until nice and smooth. The chia seeds will continue to make it thicker as it sits.
