This thick and spicy salsa recipe is great for making a big batch to can for the winter.

Ingredients you need are: bell peppers, jalapenos, onions, garlic, sweetener, cayenne pepper, salt, cumin, onion powder, vinegar, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.

Chop all your vegetables -  bell peppers, jalapenos, onions -  and add to the slow cooker.

Then add the tomato products, spices, garlic, vinegar and sweetener. Mix well and cook for 6-8 hours
