All you need is:  sausage • cheddar & Parmesan  • eggs • onion & celery • garlic • sage & thyme •  butter  • almond flour.

First heat up a skillet and melt some butter. Saute the celery and onions until softened.

Then beat the egg in a mixing bowl. Also melt the rest of the butter. Mix eggs with the rest of the ingredients along with the onion mixture then add melted butter.

Spray a baking dish and spoon the raw stuffing into the dish. Make sure not to pack it in or it will be too dense

Bake in a 375°F oven for 30-45 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. You don't want to overcook or it will get dry.
