Bombarded with tomatoes from your garden? Using fresh tomatoes for sauces, stews and salsas usually requires you to peel them first. I just learned this easy peasy way to peel tomatoes and wanted to share with you. Just pop them in the freezer over night and them pull them out and thaw on the counter for 10 minutes or so. Run them under hot water, one by one, and the peels come right off! Now go make that delicious homemade sauce.
