KETO BUFFALO CHICKEN CHEESE BALL WITH BACON

Think buffalo chicken mixed with creamy cheeses, rolled in bacon and done in 10 minutes! Sound good?

All you need is: • cream cheese • cheddar cheese • cooked chicken • hot sauce  • a jalapeno • a few chives • bacon

Make sure you clean out the ribs and seeds of the jalapeno. You don't need the added heat.  TIP: Use a melon baller to clean them!

Start with the softened cream cheese, cheddar and hot sauce and mix well in a medium sized bowl. Then add the cooked chicken, jalapeno and chives.

Form into a ball and roll in a bowl with crumbled bacon bits. Try to cover as much of the cheeseball with bacon as you can.

Refrigerate until ready to eat.  Serve with low carb crackers or fresh cut veggies (celery would be great!
