Cauliflower is the almighty vegetable when it comes to the Paleo diet or any low carb diet. It is probably one of the most versatile vegetables out there and I’ve used it in a number of ways. Below are my top 10 favorite cauliflower recipes. Some are Paleo, some are low carb, but all are tasty. Enjoy!
1.) Cauliflower Tabouli
This Cauliflower Tabouli is a new favorite of mine. Riced cauliflower only takes seconds to make and acts as a perfect substitute for bulgar wheat which is in traditional tabouli. This tabouli is gluten free, Paleo and low carb.
2) Cauliflower Chorizo Hash
This Cauliflower Chorizo Hash was a happy accident recipe. I had some chorizo and leftover cauliflower rice and mixed them together for this tasty dish.
3) Brussels, Bacon & Cauliflower
Everything is better with bacon, right? I used to make this Brussels, Bacon & Cauliflower dish with potatoes instead of the cauliflower until I tried the cauliflower. I like that it has less carbs compared to potatoes but still tastes fantastic.Â
